relational patterns (of Narcissism) are — especially when they are rooted in childhood
experiences and carried into adulthood. If left unaddressed, these issues can profoundly impact
a person’s emotional, spiritual, and even physical well-being. This becomes even more
challenging for individuals who are neurodivergent, have experienced childhood trauma, or have
spent years navigating relationships affected by mental illness, addiction, personality disorders,
or dementia. These complex dynamics can be deeply disorienting and difficult to untangle.
Learning from Donita and my involvement with Arise! has been truly life-changing. I deeply
value the friendships, support, and encouragement I have found among the women involved, as
we walk through some very difficult seasons together with faith and compassion."
