Women are encouraged to build relationships with each other outside of the meetings for a greater sense of community and belonging. These meetings are free

These meetings are free and open to any females aged 18+ who have experienced Narcissistic abuse.

Our dedicated support is tailored to your needs and available in person, via text, or by phone call. This empowering service is provided at no cost, ensuring every woman has access to the guidance and care she deserves on her journey to recovery.

Soul Care is a specific form of inner healing, used to help women heal from the effects of Narcissistic abuse. Topics such as trauma, triggers, unforgiveness, inner wounds, and generational curses are addressed in Soul Care.
