Founder and Executive Director
Donita Davenport was married for 22 years to a man who displays the classic signs of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. She is happily divorced and works hard to ensure that other women, experiencing the same type of situation, know they are not alone and have an ally in her.
Qualifications:
Donita has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and is an ordained Pastor. She has been trained in Inner Healing techniques such as "Soul Care" and "SOZO". Donita has had the privilege of being on staff at two local churches and has founded 2 non-profit organizations.
A Message from Donita:
I have experienced narcissistic abuse firsthand. I absolutely know what it's like to live with brain fog, being told "you're crazy", and walking on eggshells trying to keep the peace in your home. I spent years praying he would get better, only to watch his behaviors deteriorate. I want you to know, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Myself, and many others understand what you are going through. Please reach out for support.

Jen is a connector at her core. She believes that when people feel genuinely seen and valued, everything works better, and she strives to bring that belief into everything she does.
She brings a background in event planning, team management, and strategic thinking, along with a sharp marketing eye developed both through building her own small business into a multi-location retail brand across Northern Colorado and through her communications and brand strategy work with Arise! She leads with intention and precision, the kind of leader who sees the full picture before most people see the problem. When she believes in a mission, she is all in, and that drive for its success pushes everything she does to the next level.
Her heart for Arise! is personal. She knows firsthand what it feels like to be in a relationship where leaving feels impossible. That experience didn’t just shape her, it ignited her. Through it, she realized that God was carrying her every step of the way, and with the strength she found in Him, she learned to speak up and fight for what is right. She is deeply committed to making sure no woman walks that road alone.
Jen has served on the Women’s Leadership Team at City Lights Church since 2019 and calls Greeley, Colorado home. When she’s not pouring into Arise!, you’ll find her spending time with her family, cheering on her four kids at various sports games, walking her dogs, or catching up with friends over coffee.

Cindi has almost 20 years of experience owning her own business as a Massage Therapist and Trauma Touch Therapist. She has volunteered in planning committees for other non profits and ministries. A passion to encourage women to heal from the past and be who God created them to be drives her. Her heart is prayer, healing prayer, & deliverance ministry through Freedom in Christ Jesus. This also pairs well with her profession of a Trauma Touch Therapist. Cindi enjoys making quilts for Saruni International, a Girls Rescue Center in Kenya Africa, so that every girl they support receives a one of a kind quilt. Her favorite life experiences are adventures with her husband, adult kids and grandkids; making memories, playing games with friends, and enjoying her grandson playing baseball.
